What a difference a week makes. Last week I was singing the praises of my post office & today I got the most horrible employee I have ever encountered in any business or context. She yelled at me for believing what her coworker told me, told me different things, including that my large envelope is not a large envelop, said it was $4.63 not $4.61 and I should just walk away she couldn't help me, wasn't wearing her required name tag & refused to tell me her name. Oh, I am not going to relive how rude she was. She has given me a hard time every single time I have had the misfortune to be in her line. What is her problem? What a miserable life she must lead.
